Rob is a freelance illustrator working out of New Jersey and loves The Razor's Edge novel. As well as producing a fantastic illustration of Larry Darrell in full Tibet threads, he has begun listing every copy of the novel that he owns at his new blog, Principles of Psychology. Siddhartha, written by Herman Hesse in the early 1920's tells the story of a young man's search for truth. A copy of the book was given to young Director, Conrad Rooks by friend, Jack Kerouac.

Rooks produced a script and shot the film in India for release in 1972.

Paul BruntonA Search in Secret India - Paul Brunton

A Search in Secret India is the autobiographical account of Journalist, Paul Brunton's journey around India during the 1920s. He spent time with yogis and other holy men in a search for proof rather than truth. After encounters with various gurus and charlatans, Brunton finds unexpected enlightenment when he meets Sri Ramana Maharshi.

Brunton went on to write a number of books on spiritual enlightenment including Quest for the Overself, The Secret Path and A Hermit in the Himalayas.
